📋 Description

  • Work with Sales Leaders to drive pipeline development/management and reliable forecasts.
  • Ensures team adherence to defined sales methodology.
  • Gathers and analyzes data from HubSpot and Tableau for ad hoc reporting.
  • Analyzes corporate reports and dashboards against KPIs.
  • Maintains data integrity (Accounts, Contacts, Leads) with data governance.
  • Onboard and train sales staff; drive certifications.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years in Sales Operations or Business Ops.
  • SaaS experience and business analysis.
  • CRM programs: Salesforce, HubSpot, Sugar.
  • Strong data skills to derive system requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration.
