๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Use SalesForce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities and process orders
  • Promptly respond to internal and external inquiries
  • Serve as a liaison between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint outside Sales Executives
  • Develop and retain product/industry knowledge and GuidePoint service offerings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with GuidePoint key Vendors and Customers
  • Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to ensure forecast accuracy

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent required
  • Prior CRM software experience; Salesforce.com preferred
  • Technical sales/support and outbound calling experience preferred
  • Solid math skills for margins, discounts, and percentages
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and drive for results
  • Clear written and verbal communication; ability to handle ambiguity
