- Use SalesForce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities and process orders
- Promptly respond to internal and external inquiries
- Serve as a liaison between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint outside Sales Executives
- Develop and retain product/industry knowledge and GuidePoint service offerings
- Develop and maintain relationships with GuidePoint key Vendors and Customers
- Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to ensure forecast accuracy
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent required
- Prior CRM software experience; Salesforce.com preferred
- Technical sales/support and outbound calling experience preferred
- Solid math skills for margins, discounts, and percentages
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and drive for results
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to handle ambiguity
