Hybrid 3-month internship from the Bucharest office.
Partner on analytical projects; assist sales reports & dashboards (Salesforce, Excel).
Build and update Excel models for territory planning and productivity analysis.
Support data hygiene in CRM and reporting tools.
Create executive-ready presentations for sales leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Tech, and Marketing Ops.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excel (pivot tables; basic formulas); PowerPoint/Slides a plus.
Familiarity with Power BI, SQL or Salesforce is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multitasking.
Excellent written and verbal communication; present findings.
