  • CRM & CMS updates: HubSpot budgets, new deals, data
  • Data validation: align client data with Tableau dashboards
  • Finance prep: update and reconcile Insertion Orders (IOs) and docs
  • Operational support: update merchant optimisation sheets and internal Ops forms
  • Cross-functional communication: coordinate with Commercial, BI and Ops
  • Process improvement: automate repetitive tasks to reduce errors

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
  • Basic CRM understanding; HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Eager to learn and take ownership of tasks
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration
