📋 Description

  • Primary contact for enterprise lease customers via phone, email and WhatsApp.
  • Follow a scripted call flow to verify identity, review inspections, and next steps.
  • Gather and validate vehicle details (mileage, service history, condition, photos) for sale.
  • Manage vehicle profiling and set expectations on inspection outcomes and charges.
  • Coordinate collections; confirm logistics and transport details.
  • Move vehicles end to end from onboarding to sale readiness and invoicing.

  • Confident in speaking with customers and dealers by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Calm, professional and clear handling of structured processes.
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple workflows across systems.
  • Quick learner who applies guidelines and escalates when needed.
  • Collaborative in a fast-paced operational environment.
