- Follow a scripted call flow to verify identity, review inspections, and next steps.
- Gather and validate vehicle details (mileage, service history, condition, photos) for sale.
- Manage vehicle profiling and set expectations on inspection outcomes and charges.
- Coordinate collections; confirm logistics and transport details.
- Move vehicles end to end from onboarding to sale readiness and invoicing.

- Confident in speaking with customers and dealers by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Calm, professional and clear handling of structured processes.
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple workflows across systems.
- Quick learner who applies guidelines and escalates when needed.
