  • Lead sales orders cycle for assigned regions and engage regional teams.
  • Resolve variances and enforce purchasing SOPs.
  • Process orders through ERP and coordinate with vendors.
  • Track product line items and follow up with vendors on unfulfilled items.
  • Create billing schedules for installment orders and ensure correct invoicing.
  • Manage internal item setup and classify items (tax, practice area, type).

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years in purchasing, sales operations or logistics.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and highly organized with time management.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, consultative approach with customers and sales requests.
