- Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Channel Ops, and Systems to map end-to-end processes
- Create clear documentation such as process maps, SOPs, playbooks
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies and recommend improvements
- Support standardization of processes across regions and teams
- Present documented processes to the GTM Operations team

- Currently pursuing a bachelorโs degree in Business, Operations, Economics, or Information Systems
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to break down complex workflows into clear steps
- Comfort working across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office
- Experience with process mapping or documentation
