📋 Description

  • Drive pipeline development, management, and reliable forecasts.
  • Ensure adherence to defined sales methodology.
  • Gather and analyze data from HubSpot and Tableau for ad hoc reporting.
  • Analyze corporate reports and dashboards against defined KPIs.
  • Provide guidance for business reviews, account planning, and forecasting.
  • Manage lead flow in HubSpot and guide follow-up by SLA/KPI.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Operations.
  • Experience with CRM programs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sugar).
  • SaaS experience; business analysis experience.
  • Strong data-driven reporting and analytics skills (HubSpot, Tableau, ad hoc reporting).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
