📋 Description

  • Work with Sales Leaders to drive pipeline development and forecasts.
  • Ensure adherence to defined sales methodology.
  • Gather and analyze data from HubSpot and Tableau to produce reports.
  • Review corporate reports and dashboards against defined KPIs.
  • Collaborate on onboarding and certification programs with Sales Enablement.
  • Maintain data integrity in HubSpot and related systems.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years in Sales Ops or related role.
  • SaaS experience a plus.
  • CRM programs: Salesforce, HubSpot, Sugar.
  • Strong data analysis and data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
