📋 Description

  • Work with Sales Leaders to drive pipeline development/forecasting.
  • Ensure teams adhere to defined sales methodology and KPI targets.
  • Gather and analyze data from HubSpot and Tableau for ad hoc reporting.
  • Provide perspective on corporate reports and dashboards against KPIs.
  • Guide business reviews, account planning, and forecasting.
  • Maintain data integrity in HubSpot; collaborate with data governance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Operations.
  • Experience in SaaS.
  • Experience with business analysis.
  • Experience with CRM programs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sugar).
  • Strong data-driven mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills.
