  • Collaborative Influence: Challenge reps to ensure data compliance and process adherence.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with startup pace and shifting priorities.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in Sales Ops/Revenue Ops/Business Analysis in SaaS or Cybersecurity.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Lightning; complex reporting; Lead/Opportunity lifecycle; ADM 201 a plus.
