Sales Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Oversee daily use of the Sales stack (Salesforce, Gong, SmartLead, Sendspark) to keep data clean.
• Generate dashboards on sales performance to identify trends and enable decisions.
• Use Clay and Zoho to enable personalized outbound cadences.
• Maintain Zapier and Gemini automations; implement enhancements.
• Ensure up-to-date sales processes and playbooks; align with leadership.
• Proactively gather feedback to improve and scale processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales or sales operations, preferably SaaS.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Gong.
• Experience with SmartLead, Sendspark, Zoho.
• Familiarity with automation and data enrichment tools like Clay and Zapier.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills and data storytelling.
