🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in sales onboarding, training, or Revenue Enablement in B2B SaaS/tech
- Proven ability to deliver onboarding/training programs with live sessions, role-plays, and coaching
- Strong facilitation skills with engaging sessions and actionable feedback
- Solid understanding of SDR/BDM processes, discovery calls, cold calls, and objection handling
- Excellent English communication—written and verbal—working with global stakeholders
- Reliability and organizational skills; manage multiple cohorts and track progress
- Collaborative style; build trust with sales managers, reps, and leaders
- Experience with MEDDIC, BANT, SPIN, or Challenger Sales
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Amplemarket, or any LMS
- Experience with AI-powered tools for training, content creation, or coaching
- Background in Learning & Development, HR, or adult education focused on Sales Enablement
- Startup/scale-up experience where processes are being built
- Exposure to VDR platforms or knowledge of M&A/financial services deals
