  • 6+ years B2B sales, incl 2+ years leading a team.
  • Proven success in outbound sales and full-cycle new business.
  • Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS solutions.
  • CRM fluency (Salesforce required) and strong business acumen.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop sales talent; onsite 3 days/week.
