🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 6+ years B2B sales, including 2+ years leading a team
  • Proven outbound and full-cycle new business success
  • Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS solutions preferred
  • Salesforce CRM fluency; strong business acumen and analytical mindset
  • Coach, motivate, and develop sales talent; clear communicator; onsite 3 days/week
