  • Own SMB sales cycle for Greater China and generate revenue.
  • Lead full SMB cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, negotiation, closing.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM activity in Salesforce.
  • Engage directors and C-level executives to move deals forward.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, Solution Eng., and Contracting.
  • Partner with SDRs to penetrate key accounts and qualify pains.
  • Provide value-based selling and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Leverage the sales tech stack to improve CRM reporting and productivity (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Chorus).

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years quota-carrying SMB/new business sales in Greater China.
  • Native Mandarin required.
  • Cantonese fluency is a plus.
  • Background in SaaS, data, market research or analytics sales.
  • Proven quota attainment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience self-sourcing meetings in startups.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English for client presentations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends (SEO, PPC, social, display).
