  • Drive revenue by closing enterprise deals with Experience Management
  • Establish operating rhythm for pipeline, forecast, and performance
  • Recruit, retain, develop top sales talent
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and multi-stakeholder deals
  • Partner with Legal, PS, Product, CS, and Implementation for large engagements

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales with 3+ years in leadership
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving results
  • Experience negotiating complex contracts and multi-layered cycles
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar methods; Salesforce/CRM
  • Excellent English communication with senior executives
  • Willing to travel 1-2 times per month
