- 8-10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving results
- Experience negotiating complex contracts and multi-layered cycles
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar methods; Salesforce/CRM
- Excellent English communication with senior executives
- Willing to travel 1-2 times per month
