Serve as primary relationship manager for SFOX Connect with payments/Fintech clients.
Drive adoption and growth of SFOX Connect — trading, custody, and settlement features.
Guide clients through API integration and FIX protocol setup.
Coordinate onboarding of new trading counterparties and liquidity relationships.
Gather client feedback on execution quality, latency, and market structure.
Present new product features and roadmap updates to clients.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
4-6 years experience in sales, account management, or client services.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Crypto prime services, exchanges, or institutional trading familiarity.
Knowledge of FIX protocol, APIs, and trading system integrations.
