  • Gov tech programs experience in industry or government.
  • Prior people management or mentorship.
  • Track record of client relationships and account growth.
  • Comfortable cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced settings.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or CS/engineering background.
