  • Design and run a week-by-week ramp curriculum for consultative selling and compliance.
  • Lead and develop ramp-stage Sales Agents, setting expectations and ramp milestones.
  • Coach behaviors and outcomes using key metrics (premium, close rate, quotes).
  • Run readiness evaluations and final certifications; hand off to permanent leadership.
  • Establish dashboards and analyze cohort trends to monitor ramp progress.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting and Product to align pricing and coverage updates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership in insurance sales, managing licensed agents in quotas.
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Proven success improving metrics: premium growth, bind rate, conversion.
  • Experience scaling structured ramp/onboarding frameworks across classes.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C products, regulations, and compliant sales.
  • Analytical skills with CRM reporting and dashboards (Google Sheets, Excel).
