  • Experience leading a Sydney region sales team or remote NZ-focused teams.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas via metrics-driven coaching.
  • Expertise in complex contract negotiations and multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Proficient in MEDDPICC and Salesforce.com for pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptive, collaborative leadership with strong operating discipline.
