  • Lead and develop a 7+ person Mid-Market AM team.
  • Drive revenue growth through expansions and retention.
  • Provide 1:1 coaching and performance management.
  • Develop processes, insights, and playbooks for scale.
  • Influence tooling and workflows used by AMs.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives with Product, CS, Sales, Onboarding, Marketing, Legal.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Business Development, Sales, Renewals, or AM.
  • 2+ years leading metrics-driven customer-facing teams in high-growth tech.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth through expansions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience partnering with product teams as voice of the customer.
