  • Own the team forecast; set cadence and drive quarterly accountability.
  • Recruit and develop enterprise sellers; partner with talent to scale.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years leading enterprise or strategic SaaS sales teams (MarTech/CRM/e-commerce preferred)
  • 6+ years enterprise selling into Fortune 5000; above-quota track
  • Fluent in sales metrics, pipeline mgmt, and Salesforce; data-driven
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and Command the Message
  • Comfortable engaging C-suite and navigating multi-threaded deals
  • Familiar with AI tools and using them to work faster and sharper
  • Knowledge of e-commerce KPIs, consumer behavior, CRM/CDP, and marketing automation
