  • Own forecasting and ensure accurate, timely pipeline updates
  • Deploy AI as a team force multiplier and integrate AI into workflows

  • 5+ years in account management, CS, or B2B sales; 2+ years leading a team
  • Proven MRR retention, upsell/cross-sell, expansion targets in SaaS
  • Experience selling into marketing agencies; understand agency ops
  • Coach consultative selling; strong account planning and exec engagement
  • Strong forecasting; comfortable presenting pipeline to leadership
  • Salesforce/Looker; familiarity with Outreach and Gong
