  • Pitch and close grocery partnerships across the territory via calls, visits, and meetings.
  • Own your pipeline; manage leads to exceed volume and quality targets.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle with strategic negotiations and attractive offers.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process from registration to launch generating sales.
  • Support our wider commercial team with field pitch days and cross-functional projects.
  • This is an individual contributor role and it will not involve managing a team.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5-6 years of B2B sales in groceries/retail or FMCG (GDO ideal).
  • Self-driven with proven sales record and appetite for scaling your portfolio.
  • Phone-based sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills face-to-face, through phone or email.
  • Perseverance and grit โ€“ youโ€™re not afraid of rejection.
  • Team player and collaboration across teams.
  • Passion for Data and data-driven mindset.
