🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years leading 5+ AEs, ideally in SaaS.
  • Track record of leading teams to new business overachievement.
  • Strong coaching in value selling across levels.
  • Confident in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • Clear, credible communication with teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in data/infrastructure or developer tech is a plus.
