  • 1+ years leading a high-performing team of 5+ AEs, ideally SaaS
  • Track record of leading teams to overachievement in new business sales
  • Strong coaching in value selling across varied experience; fast-paced environment
  • Clear, credible communication with sales teams and senior stakeholders
  • Comfort owning forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with your team
