  • Lead and coach 4-8 Commercial AEs across SMB & Mid‑Market in North America
  • Own team revenue targets, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health
  • Run weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new AEs to productivity quickly
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene and CRM standards across the team
  • Drive outbound motion to generate net-new pipeline and close deals

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in a sales management role with quota-carrying AEs
  • 2-3+ years carrying your own quota as an AE
  • Proven track record of hitting SaaS revenue targets
  • Strong coaching to improve discovery, objections, and close rates
  • Experience with SMB/Mid-Market sales motions and high-velocity cycles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo, Gong and data-driven coaching
