π― Requirements
- 2-3+ years in a sales management role with quota-carrying AEs
- 2-3+ years carrying your own quota as an AE
- Proven track record of hitting SaaS revenue targets
- Strong coaching to improve discovery, objections, and close rates
- Experience with SMB/Mid-Market sales motions and high-velocity cycles
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo, Gong and data-driven coaching
