🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in capital equipment sales (wide format, laser/knife cutting)
- Proven success selling complex high-value technical solutions
- Strong consultative selling to executives, technical, and ops
- Experience building or scaling a market, product line, or territory
- Direct experience with horizontal cutting systems, laser cutting
- Background in wide format graphics, signage, packaging workflows
- Experience hiring, mentoring, or leading sales teams
- Experience operating in distributor–OEM sales model
