  • Own and grow a high-value B2B pipeline from outreach to contract.
  • Develop outbound strategies; maintain clear reporting and CRM discipline.
  • Lead discovery calls; position Klim as a strategic ESG partner for sustainability.
  • Guide pricing, risk and contract negotiations with confidence.
  • Collaborate with product, certification, finance, marketing and customer success.
  • Stay current on carbon markets and standards (SBTi, Verra, CCP, CRCF).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • German (C1+) and English fluency required.
  • Based in/near Berlin preferred.
  • 3+ years in quota-carrying B2B new business, closing end-to-end.
  • Strong outbound experience; track record of six-figure deals.
  • Familiar with MEDDPICC and disciplined CRM usage.
  • Nice to have: carbon markets or environmental policy experience.
