  • 5-7 years in B2B SaaS sales
  • 3+ years managing an account management or customer sales team
  • People-first, process-oriented, data-driven mindset
  • Experience leading sales teams with multi-threaded processes
  • Ability to influence senior leaders including C-suite
  • Willing to travel to customer sites ~25%
