- 5-7 years in B2B SaaS sales
- 3+ years managing an account management or customer sales team
- People-first, process-oriented, data-driven mindset
- Experience leading sales teams with multi-threaded processes
- Ability to influence senior leaders including C-suite
- Willing to travel to customer sites ~25%
