📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new retail traders through direct outreach and digital community engagement.
• Manage and scale affiliates, influencers, and trading groups to drive referrals.
• Optimize the user journey to increase the conversion rate from registration to active trading.
• Develop and execute retail initiatives such as trading competitions, deposit bonuses, and educational webinars.
• Monitor retail market trends and competitor activity to keep BitMEX top.
• Advocate for retail users by providing feedback to product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, growth, or community management in crypto/fintech.
• Strong knowledge of crypto derivatives, incl. perpetual swaps and margin trading.
• Ability to explain complex financial products in simple terms to retail users.
• Active presence and networking on Telegram, Discord, and X.
• Proven track record of achieving aggressive user growth and acquisition targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a remote-first, global team.
