π― Requirements
- 3-5 years as a sales manager in outbound/mid-market SaaS; manage teams up to 6
- Experience building sales motions from scratch in challenger/early-stage envs
- Track record of meeting quota and building repeatable pipelines
- Hands-on with CRM implementation, sales tooling, and process docs
- Strong coaching skills with experience developing junior sales talent
- Fluent in English; comfortable in founder-led, engineering-driven culture
