🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in institutional sales or business development in growth finance.
- Familiar with prediction market structures or tokenized RWA products; relationships a plus.
- Direct experience with CME-listed products, FCM operations, cleared derivatives, or CFTC markets.
- 3+ years in digital assets/Web3 outbound sales for an exchange, custodian, or regulated crypto platform.
- Active book across prop trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, FCMs, and clearing brokers in US markets.
- Proven track record monetizing institutional relationships with revenue/volume.
