  • Own and administer the commissions platform (CaptivateIQ) end-to-end.
  • Lead end-to-end commission calculation and timely payouts.
  • Administer and execute sales incentive plans (quota, accelerators, SPIFs).

  • Handle compensation inquiries, disputes, and escalations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in leading sales compensation and commissions administration.
  • Deep expertise with a commissions platform (CaptivateIQ or similar).
  • Experience end-to-end from plan setup to payout and reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to leverage AI tools to improve accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to build scalable compensation processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
