- Design, model, and document ICPs for GTM roles (AEs, SDRs, CSMs, Sales Mgmt).
- Administer monthly/quarterly commissions; ensure accuracy, timeliness, auditability of payouts.
- Maintain/audit data in the Spiff ICM platform; flag discrepancies.
- Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly GTM compensation reports for Sales and Finance.
- Field/resolve commission inquiries; escalate complex disputes per SLA.
- Assist annual sales compensation plan design: model economics, run scenarios, launch materials.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- 1-3 years in compensation, total rewards, sales ops, finance, or analytical HR.
- Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, dynamic arrays, data modeling).
- Experience with compensation data, market surveys, or sales commission/quota data.
- Detail-oriented; comfortable handling large datasets and discrepancies.
- Communicate complex compensation concepts to non-specialists in Sales, Finance, HR.
- Experience handling sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
