๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Design, model, and document ICPs for GTM roles (AEs, SDRs, CSMs, Sales Mgmt).
  • Administer monthly/quarterly commissions; ensure accuracy, timeliness, auditability of payouts.
  • Maintain/audit data in the Spiff ICM platform; flag discrepancies.
  • Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly GTM compensation reports for Sales and Finance.
  • Field/resolve commission inquiries; escalate complex disputes per SLA.
  • Assist annual sales compensation plan design: model economics, run scenarios, launch materials.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, Economics, or related quantitative field.
  • 1-3 years in compensation, total rewards, sales ops, finance, or analytical HR.
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, dynamic arrays, data modeling).
  • Experience with compensation data, market surveys, or sales commission/quota data.
  • Detail-oriented; comfortable handling large datasets and discrepancies.
  • Communicate complex compensation concepts to non-specialists in Sales, Finance, HR.
  • Experience handling sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
