🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience including demos and POCs
- Prior implementation/onboarding experience with SaaS or enterprise software
- Understanding of IT infrastructure (cloud, endpoints, identity systems)
- Experience with Directory services (Active Directory, OpenLDAP)
- Identity & access management concepts (SSO, SAML, SCIM, MFA)
