Sales Floor Leader

📋 Description

• Consistently greet, assist, and sell to customers.
• Lead on-floor presence and ensure exceptional service.
• Manage daily store ops: opening/closing, cash handling, POS.
• Aim to achieve sales targets via merchandising and upselling.
• Partner with store support to grow sales and markets.
• Support budgets, labor costs, and inventory control.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Retail or Hospitality management experience (preferred).
• Wine, Spirits & Beer knowledge (preferred).
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Understanding of alcohol regulatory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
