Train and coach staff; provide feedback; support Store Manager evaluations.
Enforce policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep store clean.
Partner with store support teams to boost merchandising and expand markets.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of management experience
Retail or hospitality mgmt experience preferred
Wine, Spirits & Beer knowledge preferred
Available for full-time, nights/weekends/holidays
Understanding of alcohol sale regulations
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
