Lead daily store operations on the sales floor, including opening/closing and POS.
Drive sales and profitability through effective selling and upselling across categories.
Monitor inventory, minimize stockouts and overstock; participate in inventory management.
Train and coach staff; provide feedback and support performance evaluations.
Enforce company policies, health and safety, and maintain a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with store support teams and the Store Manager on budgets and action plans.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of management experience.
Retail or Hospitality mgmt experience preferred.
Wine, Spirits & Beer product knowledge preferred.
Full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Understanding of alcohol regulatory requirements.
HS diploma or equivalent; able to lift up to 49 pounds.
