π― Requirements
- 3-7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales.
- Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment.
