- Strong presentation skills to agency owners, heads of telesales, or marketing leaders.
- Understanding telesales landscape in individual and Medicare markets.
- Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital sales enablement tools.
- Knowledge of ACA, Medicare Advantage/Supplement and how telesales agencies operate.
