  • Own full-cycle sales: prospecting, qualification, discovery, closing.

  • 5+ years in B2B sales with telesales agencies or insurance distributors.
  • Proven success closing marketing/lead-gen solutions (digital performance, pay-per-lead).
  • Strong presentation skills to agency owners, heads of telesales, or marketing leaders.
  • Understanding telesales landscape in individual and Medicare markets.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital sales enablement tools.
  • Knowledge of ACA, Medicare Advantage/Supplement and how telesales agencies operate.
