📋 Description

• Manage B2B sales inquiries (inbound and outbound) for Dopamine Land Singapore.
• Handle customer calls and emails, from first contact to booking confirmation.
• Close deals for group visits, birthday celebrations, and privatizations.
• Provide personalized customer care, ensuring Fever's high service standards.
• Collect and analyze feedback to identify improvements and share insights with management.
• Support reporting processes and help structure key performance metrics for Fever for Business.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles, ideally in hospitality, events, or entertainment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Good analytical ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
• Comfort managing multiple priorities and adapting to fast-changing scenarios.
• Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
