🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in media, with at least 2+ years in CTV, streaming, or advanced TV.
- Proven healthcare/pharma advertising sales track record with major agencies.
- Direct experience with TV and video upfronts, negotiations, and media buying cycles.
- Strong understanding of ad tech, measurement, and programmatic ecosystems.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
