  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of sales in media, with 2+ years in CTV/advanced TV.
  • Proven healthcare/pharma advertising sales track record with agencies/brands.
  • Direct experience with TV upfronts, contract negotiations, and media buying cycles.
  • Strong understanding of ad tech, measurement, targeting, and programmatic ecosystems.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
