🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years enterprise sales experience, 5+ years in BPO services sales
  • Proven success closing large-scale BPO contracts (1M+ annual contract value)
  • New logo acquisition in two core sectors: banking, finance, healthcare, or customer care
  • Deep understanding of BPO operations, delivery models, and industry best practices
  • Extensive experience selling in US markets with knowledge of regional practices and regulations
  • Strong network of senior-level contacts within target industries
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English; European languages advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
