- Create and maintain enablement content in Docebo and Rise.
- Update materials for new products and process changes.
- Build learning paths and certifications in the LMS (Docebo).
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for sales reps.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships to produce materials.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in sales enablement or L&D in a high-performance org.
- Strong understanding of sales content, tools, and training.
- Data-driven and analytical; uses performance data.
- Familiar with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message (preferred).
- Experience with LMS and content management; Docebo a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationships.
