๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide strategic recommendations and insights to the Geo VP via data analysis
  • Enable cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
  • Drive strategic sales performance: design, implement, and optimize sales processes and territories
  • Provide day-to-day ad-hoc admin support to BDRs, Sales Directors, Sales Engineers and CS
  • Deliver data-driven insights: forecasting, pipeline analytics, and dashboards
  • Support BDR activities: prospecting, target lists, data uploads and enrichment
  • Help drive CRM adoption (SFDC) for forecasting best practices and data hygiene
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate territory mapping in CRM systems
  • Support GTM planning cycles with territory assignments, whitespace analysis, and coverage
  • Manage and support in-region Quarterly Business Reviews with the Geo VP of sales
  • Lead or participate in projects such as Salesforce development, sales process, market expansion, new product intro, and analyses
  • Delivers relevant sales enablement training and attends operational meetings

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years in Sales Ops/Revenue Ops/CS Ops in B2B SaaS; fintech experience a plus
  • Proficient with CRM/CPQ tools (Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ); Gong/Outreach/Clay a plus
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC and forecasting best practices
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex data
  • Strategic thinker, able to prioritize Fireblocks interests
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market models, territories and segmentation
  • Strong analytical skills; MS Excel; Tableau a plus
