📋 Description

  • Lead a global Sales Engineering team focused on Cribl's Search & Lake product lines and new product launches.
  • Own people leadership for your team: hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, and coaching.
  • Mentor SEs to teach technical and non-technical pre-sales techniques for securing new clients and account expansion.
  • Continually develop technical capabilities of each team member to ensure knowledge for pre-sales duties.
  • Support Sales Reps and SE teams with campaigns to achieve revenue targets, assessing customer info and providing solutions.
  • Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and Proof of Value events.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead a technical pre-sales team that drives quota attainment.
  • Strong experience presenting to executive-level customers and Cribl Leadership.
  • Background selling to new and existing customers; consultative selling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3-5 years in a customer-facing role (or equivalent).
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Background in Cloud, Security, or AI/ML preferred.
