- JavaScript programming; knowledge of Java/Python a plus
- Low Code & Conversational AI experience
- Contact Center knowledge: SIP, ACD, ASR, TTS; IVR design
- Presentation skills; engaging presenter
- Technical expertise: Cognigy, NLU/NLP, UI/UX
- English & Spanish fluency; Italian/Portuguese a plus
